esimuni sells eSIMs only — a digital product. All orders are therefore paid online; cash on delivery is not available.

METHODS

How you can pay

The available methods are shown directly at checkout. Depending on your device, country and the gateway processing the transaction, some options may not appear.

Credit or debit card

Pay with an international debit/credit card.

PayPal

Pay with your PayPal balance, Venmo, or an international debit/credit card through PayPal. Orders are charged in USD.

Google Pay

Pay with your Google Pay balance.

Apple Pay

Pay with your Apple Pay balance.

Safety note

Only pay within the ordering session on esimuni's official website. Do not transfer money to accounts sent via unverified messages.

PROCESS

From payment to QR code

  1. Choose an eSIM planPick the destination, number of days and data amount that suit you.
  2. Review your orderCheck the plan, the email that will receive the eSIM and the total amount to pay.
  3. Pay onlineChoose an available method and complete the transaction on the secure interface.
  4. Receive confirmationesimuni sends a confirmation email with the order management link once payment is recorded.
  5. Confirm issuanceWhen you are close to your usage date, click “Confirm issuance”. Generating the QR code usually takes about 30–60 seconds.
  6. Receive and install the eSIMThe QR code appears on the My eSIM page and is sent to your registered email address.

CONFIRMATION

When is an order successful?

An order is only confirmed once esimuni receives a successful payment result from the processor. The completion screen and confirmation email are your reference for checking the order status.

SUPPORT

Charged but no order?

Please do not pay again right away. Create a support request and include the ordering email, payment time, amount, and a screenshot or transaction code so esimuni can reconcile the payment.
